1st of December

After being the first one to fall asleep last night we all woke up at the same time ready for breakfast at 8:30am. I found that unfortunately our snowman had collapsed overnight, however new snow has fallen so we will make a new one soon.

After having breakfast all together this morning we had a flag ceremony where we marched infront of the flag pole and shared our names and home countries whilst placing our countries flag on a log. We then sang the Our Chalet song all together.

We then went inside to warm up and had a morning meeting and a team activity game of building a bridge across a table that was able to hold heavy weights using newspaper.

We then had a very big tour of Our Chalet and where to find everything we needed and how everything works. It was pretty amazing but very overwhelming trying to remember it all.

After spaghetti bolognase for lunch I had my first Programme meeting with using the computer and learning about all my jobs and the winter programmes. I am very excited to be doing a lot of the winter activities with guests especially over the New Years.

I then got my Our Chalet uniform and started our Fire safety and health and saftey training.

This evening we then did some work on sharing information about ourselves on the website and around Our Chalet.
