26th and 27th of December

Two days off!!

The 26th I had a lovely day at Chalet as outside it was raining and grey skies. 4 of the volunteers and I had a High School Musical marathon with sing along. It was very fun to sing and dance and have a nice day relaxing.

Today I had a lazy morning doing jobs and calling home. I then prepared for one of my up coming evening programs by practising the tour of Our Chalet and learning some interesting facts.

Most of the door handles in Main Chalet are shaped like fish, I learnt that this is because Lord and Lady Baddn Powell are Pieces.

After lunch of Leftovers I went for a nice walk into Adelboden (the flat way) to an op shop. We then hiked up Chalet Hill which is getting easier but still not fun at all.

Our first Guest arrived and joined us for Alphamac (Apple sauce and Mac and cheese), They are a past winter volunteer which was very exciting to hear.

We then started and finished a puzzle before heading to bed.
